By default, the voice bot will only speak and understand the language you selected during campaign setup. It does not automatically switch languages mid-call, unless the caller speaks one of the following 20 major languages. In that case, the bot can switch between them dynamically:
English (US & UK), Spanish (Spain & Latin America), French, German, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic, Turkish, Polish, Russian, Romanian, Greek, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Ukrainian, Chinese (Simplified), Hindi, Tagalog, and Vietnamese.
Important:While the bot doesn’t auto-detect all languages, it can speak virtually any language. To do so, simply set the desired language manually in your campaign settings.
For multilingual audiences, we recommend setting up separate campaigns per language to ensure optimal engagement and clarity.
